What Is Your Rank:
Citizen
How Old Are You:
14
How Long have you Been On The Server:
I have been on the server for approximately 6 months.
What time zone are you in?
Central
Questions:
What will make you an asset to the Server?
I plan to be an asset to the server by being fair, and making sure everyone is satisfied. Keeping the rules in check is a main key to a functioning server. If no one plays by the rules, everyone is going to be angry, and upset!
Why Do You Deserve This Position Out Of All The Applications That We Get?
I believe that I deserve this position because I know how to be fair, and have respect for other people. I also know how to handle difficult situations, and have tact.
Do you have any staff experience on other servers or PHP forums? (Please leave links and IPs):
No, I do not. Creeper Community is the first and only server I play on.
Have You Read The Rules / Agreements?
Yes, I have. As I said before, respecting the rules in a vital part in the success of a server.
Sample Questions:
A Player Has Just Been Griefed What Do you Do?
If a player had come to me, and told me that they had been griefed, then I would ask them where they were griefed at. If they claimed that they had been griefed in the wild, I would tell them that they should read the rules in the spawn area. Then make sure they understand them. If they claimed that they had been griefed in a town area, I would contact the governor of the town, and let him/her deal with the grief.
Why Is It Important For A Staff Member To stay unbiased?
It is important for a staff member to remain unbiased, because if they are biased, that would be unfair to the other players. Biased higher powers would only serve justice to the people him/her preferred.
Two Players Have Been Fighting Over The Auction Because One Of The Players Wont Pay The Other/Wont Give Up The Item, What Do You Do?
I would first force both the players to a secure spot on the server, like spawn. After that, I would check the auction history, and find out what the item was, and how much it was sold for. Then, talk to both players, and find out both sides of the story. Listening to both sides of the story before taking harsher measures is an important part in moderating, also. Once both sides of the stories were told, I would ask them both to make the trade again. If they didn't comply, then I would force them to make the trade.
Other Info:
I would hope that you guys would consider this application! It would be an honor to be a mini-moderator for CreeperCommunity.
